- The filer is a foreign voice service provider and is exempt from the direct U.S. STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6304(f). Because we are based in Egypt, we do not have direct access to U.S. NANP numbering resources from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) and cannot obtain the necessary Token Access from the U.S. Secure Telephone Identity Governance Authority (STI-GA) to cryptographically sign calls directly. All U.S.-bound voice traffic originated by our platform will be routed to a U.S.-based Gateway/Intermediate Provider (specifically Bulk Solutions) who will perform STIR/SHAKEN authentication on our behalf. We maintain a strict Robocall Mitigation Program to prevent the origination of illegal traffic.
