Description
Our company is committed to preventing the origination of illegal robocall traffic on our network. We have implemented a comprehensive robocall mitigation program that includes: (1) Strict 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and legitimacy of all new customers; (2) Real-time traffic monitoring to identify and investigate suspicious calling patterns, such as high-volume short-duration calls; and (3) Immediate termination of service for any customer found to be originating illegal robocalls. We also commit to responding to all traceback requests from the FCC, law enforcement, and the Industry Traceback Group within 24 hours. As of this date, there are no law enforcement or regulatory actions, investigations, or findings of wrongdoing involving our company.
