- We are a non-facilities-based VoIP reseller and do not operate our own network infrastructure capable of implementing STIR/SHAKEN authentication. We rely on our upstream provider, SkySwitch, to perform STIR/SHAKEN signing and authentication on our behalf. As such, we qualify for an exemption from direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation under 47 CFR § 64.6304, as we do not control the network elements necessary to implement the framework. All traffic originated by our customers is subject to a robocall mitigation program, including customer vetting, traffic monitoring, enforcement of acceptable use policies, and prompt response to traceback requests.
