- Our company provides VoIP phone services to business customers and uses upstream carriers to connect calls to the public telephone network. STIR/SHAKEN authentication is handled by our upstream providers. We maintain a robocall mitigation program and take reasonable steps to prevent illegal robocalls or caller ID spoofing on our network. We monitor for suspicious activity and may suspend or terminate service if misuse is detected. We will respond and cooperate with traceback requests from the FCC, law enforcement, and the Industry Traceback Group.
