- Under 47 CFR § 64.6304, we qualify for an exemption from STIR/SHAKEN deployment because we are a small, non-facilities-based voice service provider with fewer than 100,000 subscriber lines and no control over the underlying SIP infrastructure. We do not own or manage any network equipment capable of implementing STIR/SHAKEN. Our operations consist of reselling interconnected VoIP services to a limited number of end-users (currently under 10 lines), with no direct access to call origination or signaling protocols required for SHAKEN. We mitigate robocalls through reasonable steps: customer contracts banning illegal traffic, monitoring call patterns, blocking known DNO numbers, and cooperating with law enforcement, FCC, and industry traceback requests. No prior Commission actions have removed our filing or prohibited modifications.
