Our company is an IT services provider and provides setup/configuration/support for VOIP telephony systems for clients. All our clients directly connect to VOIP.ms, a registered carrier responsible for STIR/SHAKEN implementation and compliance. No VOIP/IP calls/network traffic traverses our company network; VOIP traffic directly connects from our customers' networks to the registered VOIP carrier (VOIP.ms.) Consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), we maintain a robocall mitigation program to take reasonable steps to prevent the origination of illegal robocalls and commit to responding fully within 24 hours to any traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, or the industry traceback consortium.
