The filer does not control the network facilities used to originate calls into the PSTN and does not directly interconnect with the PSTN. Pursuant to 47 CFR ? 64.6300 and ? 64.6301, the STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation applies to the originating voice service provider that controls the network entry point to the PSTN. Accordingly, the filer does not have an independent STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation.
