The company’s outbound calls are authenticated using the STIR/SHAKEN framework through its certified upstream providers (Voxtelesys, Twilio, VoIP.ms, and T38Fax.com). Because all originated traffic receives full STIR/SHAKEN authentication, Art of Support, Inc. is exempt from the requirement to implement a separate robocall mitigation program, consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(b), which states that a provider with complete STIR/SHAKEN implementation is not required to file a stand-alone robocall mitigation plan.
