Exemption rules
We recently started offering VoIP services to our customers and are in the process of the STIR/SHAKEN implementation. We obtained the OCN number and are currently in the process of the STI-PA user but they are requiring to have filed the RMD. Without the RMD, we can't complete STI-PA and until we complete STI-PA we can't get the certificate and token which is required for the STIR/SHAKEN implementation. Once we complete the implementation, we will update the RMD within 10 business days.
