Corner Pocket LLC qualifies for exemption from direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation under 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(4), as we do not directly connect to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). All STIR/SHAKEN obligations are fulfilled by our upstream wholesale providers (CoreDial/SkySwitch). As a white-label provider, Corner Pocket LLC does not operate switching equipment or maintain direct interconnects with the PSTN and therefore cannot implement STIR/SHAKEN itself. Our robocall mitigation obligations are instead fulfilled through customer vetting, monitoring of traffic, and full cooperation with traceback requests in coordination with our upstream providers.
