- ICCI, LLC is exempt from implementing STIR/SHAKEN under the FCC’s Eighth Report and Order (FCC 24-120) because we do not have control over the network infrastructure necessary to perform call authentication. Specifically, ICCI, LLC is a hosted PBX service provider that manages customer PBX software in AWS. All outbound and inbound PSTN traffic is originated and terminated exclusively through our underlying carrier, Telnyx, Inc., which is the entity responsible for numbering resources, interconnection, and STIR/SHAKEN signing. As a reseller without direct interconnection to the PSTN, ICCI, LLC does not meet the definition of a provider subject to STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligations. Therefore, we are filing as “No STIR/SHAKEN Implementation” in accordance with FCC 24-120.
