Rule Reference: 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(2) Explanation: Magic Fence INC qualifies for the exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(2) as a non-facilities-based VoIP service provider that does not obtain numbers directly from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) or the Pooling Administrator, and does not have the capability to authenticate caller ID information using the STIR/SHAKEN framework on its own. Instead, Magic Fence INC relies exclusively on upstream carriers that are STIR/SHAKEN-compliant to sign calls appropriately. As such, we are submitting a Robocall Mitigation Plan in accordance with FCC guidelines, detailing the safeguards we implement to prevent the origination and transmission of unlawful robocalls on our network.
