47 CFR § 64.6301(a) — We are unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN because we do not have the technical capability to do so. We are a small, non-facilities-based VoIP provider making under 2,000 manually dialed outbound calls per month. We do not obtain telephone numbers directly, nor do we interconnect with the PSTN. All calls are routed through upstream carriers who are responsible for STIR/SHAKEN signing on our behalf. We do not use any robodialer systems or automated calling tools.
