Inteligentic Solutions LLC qualifies for an exemption from implementing the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework under 47 CFR § 64.6304(f)(2), which exempts voice service providers that do not have control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. As a VoIP reseller, Inteligentic Solutions does not operate or manage any IP-based voice switching infrastructure. All outbound calls from U.S. numbers are routed through our upstream provider VoIP.ms, which is fully compliant with STIR/SHAKEN and signs all outbound calls accordingly. Therefore, Inteligentic Solutions LLC is exempt from direct STIR/SHAKEN implementation and maintains a robocall mitigation plan as required.
