Providers that lack control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN, such as switches for voice service in the IP portion of their network, are exempt from STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirements. While we expect to expand to providing service using our own equipment, and are in the progress of setting up to do so (hence having an OCN now), we currently purely resell service provided by other providers equipment which we do not control, we will only begin providing service on our own equipment or third party equipment we have control over once we have our own OCN, SPC token and certificate and have deployed the required signing services.
