- Four Winds Digital LLC qualifies for an exemption from STIR/SHAKEN under 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(2)(ii) as an Interconnected VoIP Provider without direct PSTN access. We utilize VoiSo as our VoIP provider to originate calls, and VoiSo's upstream carrier is responsible for STIR/SHAKEN authentication and call signing. Since we do not directly connect to the PSTN, we are not required to implement STIR/SHAKEN under current FCC regulations. To comply with robocall mitigation requirements, we have implemented the following measures: ▪︎ We monitor call traffic for anomalies or suspicious patterns. ▪︎ We respond to traceback requests within 24 hours. ▪︎ We maintain strict customer vetting procedures to prevent misuse of our services.
