As such, we do not originate, route, or terminate voice traffic as a voice service provider or an intermediate provider as defined by 47 CFR § 64.6302. We solely operate as a user of voice services provided by third-party telecommunications carriers. Therefore, we are exempt from STIR/SHAKEN compliance, as we do not operate any portion of a telecommunications network, and our role in the call chain is limited to using phone systems provided by certified telecommunications providers.
