According to 47 CFR § 64.6302, our role as an intermediary provider relaying calls does not fall under the direct mandate to implement the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework. Instead, we rely on our upstream providers, who are responsible for implementing STIR/SHAKEN. Therefore, our exemption is based on the nature of our operations as an entity that does not directly handle end-user telecom services or maintain a telecom network that originates or terminates calls. Our robocall mitigation efforts focus on monitoring and collaborating with our providers to ensure compliance and to prevent illegal robocall traffic through our systems.
