This monitoring includes the ability to do traces when necessary. iTi Communications continuously improves mitigation steps to cope with potential fraudulent traffic, SPAM and Robocall activities and therefore undertake the following solutions: • Detection of larger than expected call volume • Detection of incorrectly formatted numbers • Blacklisting known fraudulent sources • Detection of unusual VoIP traffic We trust that the above policies are enough to comply with robocall mitigation requirements and are always looking for additional security and validation tactics
