Description
The action against us seemed to derive from our lack of filing an RMD plan after the 2020 and 2024 notifications from the FCC. Additionally, in our form we did not have proper primary contact, associations, prior names or current address listed properly. We believe this current submission in Jan 2026 rectifies all those discrepancies and fulfills all FCC requests with up-to-date information.
