- Law Enforcement or Regulatory Agencies Involved: Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Enforcement Bureau. Action or Investigation Commencement Date: August 6, 2025. Type and Description of Action or Investigation: On August 6, 2025, and again on August 25, 2025, the FCC Enforcement Bureau issued removal orders naming the Company and removing it from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to deficiencies identified in the Company’s Robocall Mitigation Database filing. The deficiencies related to required certifications and the level of detail provided in the Company’s robocall mitigation program submission. Summary of Findings of Wrongdoing: The Enforcement Bureau did not make any findings that the Company originated illegal robocall traffic. The removal actions were administrative in nature and based on filing and certification deficiencies, not on findings of unlawful conduct. Current Status of the Action or Investigation: Following corrective updates to its Robocall Mitigation Database filing, the Company was provisionally reinstated by the Enforcement Bureau on August 29, 2025. Final Determinations Issued: Removal orders were issued on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025. No final determinations regarding illegal robocall activity have been issued, and the Company is not currently subject to any ongoing investigation or enforcement action.
