Description
On August 26, 2025, OnePointSync was removed from the RMD due to noncompliance. We did not have our RMD mitigation plan up to date and filed in a timely manner. Since then, we have updated our RMD plan in our SOP as well as online with the FCC. OnePointSync is provisionally reinstated, awaiting permanent reinstatement.
