Exemption rules
Blu-Shift Wireless LLC qualifies for this exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(f) because we exclusively operate as a reseller of upstream VoIP services. All outbound voice traffic is routed through upstream carriers who perform STIR/SHAKEN attestation on our behalf. We do not originate traffic directly onto the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and therefore are not required to implement STIR/SHAKEN within our own network. As a result, we have implemented a Robocall Mitigation Program in accordance with FCC rules and maintain compliance through customer vetting, traffic monitoring, and prompt traceback response.
