- On August 25, 2025, Solutions Express, Ltd. was removed from the RMD by the Enforcement Bureau for failing to correct deficiencies in our filing. We failed to provide information in the database field for Principal, Affiliate, Subsidiaries and Parent Companies and did not update contact information. Previous notifications were not received due to the invalid email address (the person originally listed is deceased). We attempted to correct those deficiencies and requested re-instatement on September 12, 2025. On September 17, 2025 we were provisionally reinstated. On September 24, 2025, the Enforcement Bureau notified us that a "human" principal must be named in the "Principals, ..." field". and that our description of the investigation and actions were not detailed enough. We have again attempted to correct those issues and are requesting a final re-instatement on September 30, 2025.
