Prior investigations / actions

Description
Regulatory Agency Involved: Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Date Action Commenced: On August 25, 2025, the FCC released Order DA-25-737 identifying voice service providers that had not filed or maintained a compliant certification in the Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD), including Briskco, Inc. Summary of Findings: The Order identified that Briskco did not have a compliant Robocall Mitigation Database filing on record as required under FCC rules. The finding related solely to the absence of a required RMD certification and mitigation program description. The Order did not include any findings that Briskco originated illegal robocalls, engaged in spoofing, or facilitated unlawful traffic. Current Status: Upon becoming aware of the Order and related carrier notifications regarding potential service suspension, Briskco promptly created and submitted the required Robocall Mitigation Database filing and mitigation program description. The Company is currently working with the FCC to address requested clarifications to its filing and remains actively engaged in ensuring full compliance with RMD requirements. Final Determination: FCC Order DA-25-737 addressed the absence of a required RMD filing only. No monetary penalties, forfeiture orders, or enforcement findings related to illegal robocalling conduct have been issued against the Company. The matter remains under administrative review pending final confirmation of compliance.
