- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued removal orders on August 6 and August 25 related to deficiencies in the company’s Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing. As a result, the FCC temporarily suspended the company’s RMD account. The company subsequently completed the required RMD filing, and the FCC reinstated the account on September 3 on a provisional basis. As of the date of this filing, the account remains under provisional reinstatement, subject to correction of identified filing deficiencies. There are no additional enforcement actions, investigations, findings of wrongdoing, or final determinations associated with this matter.
