- Voxcloud qualifies for the exemption under 47 CFR § 64.6304(a)(5), which provides that voice service providers without the technical ability to implement the STIR/SHAKEN framework on their own network are not required to do so, provided they implement a robocall mitigation program. Voxcloud as a VoIP reseller does not obtain numbering resources directly and does not perform call authentication or originate calls into the PSTN using its own STIR/SHAKEN implementation. Instead, our upstream carrier partners (who hold numbering resources and implement STIR/SHAKEN) perform authentication on our traffic. In compliance with FCC requirements, Voxcloud has adopted and enforces a Robocall Mitigation Program, which includes customer vetting, call traffic monitoring, and participation in traceback efforts to prevent unlawful robocall activity. Our company verifies each of its customers individually and thoroughly monitors customer notifications to block or remove unwanted calls.
