STIR/SHAKEN is implemented between providers. CTSC (Convergence Tech. Solutions Corp.) is not a provider, so we would not have STIR/SHAKEN on the CTSC PBX.  When a call is received by a VoIP provider (VOIP Innovation) from the CTSC PBX, the provider is required to validate the caller id and tag it accordingly before sending the call forward.  Therefore, the CTSC PBX can send any caller id needed but it is up to the SIP trunk provider (Voip Innovation) to confirm that the caller presented actually belongs to the customer.
