Tango Networks, Inc. (“TNI”) is a non-gateway intermediate voice service provider with fewer than 100,000 voice subscriber lines. TNI does not originate or terminate calls, but facilitates the transmission of voice traffic between providers. As an intermediate provider, TNI does not currently implement STIR/SHAKEN in its own network. However, all upstream providers from whom TNI accepts calls are required to be registered in the Robocall Mitigation Database and either fully STIR/SHAKEN-compliant or have an approved mitigation plan on file.
