- d.1.iii - Halloo has not implemented STIR/SHAKEN in our equipment due to the technical limitations and lack of knowledgeable personnel required to upgrade our legacy telecom equipment. d.2.i - Halloo is a small US voice service provider, and unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN protocols. We continue to provide under 24 hour response to any request to identify and terminate any suspected robo-call activities. d.2.ii - Halloo commits to respond immediately to any orders to investigate and terminate any activities which are deemed to be illegal or a nuisance to the PSTN public. We have only two upstream providers, both of which have been serving us 1-2 decades. We use our own proprietary reporting and analytic systems, which are maintained on our own equipment and facilities. d.2.iii - Halloo commits to respond within 24 hours to all traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and industry traceback consortium, and to cooperate with such entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers to use Halloo's service to originate calls. d.2.iv - Halloo has not in the prior two years, nor at any time in the past, been subject to formal Commission, law enforcement or regulatory agency action or investigation with accompanying findings of actual or suspected wrongdoing due to the filing entity transmitting, encouraging, assisting, or otherwise facilitating illegal robocalls or spoofing, or a deficient Robocall Mitigation Database certification or mitigation program description.
