Digital Division is a voice service provider that originates outbound calls exclusively through our upstream carrier, Bandwidth. Because we do not operate our own interconnection facilities and do not control the IP portions of the network where STIR/SHAKEN is implemented, we are not obligated to directly implement STIR/SHAKEN under 47 CFR § 64.6301(a). Instead, our outbound calls are authenticated by Bandwidth, which has fully deployed STIR/SHAKEN on its IP network. Pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(a), [Company Name] has filed a Robocall Mitigation Plan describing the reasonable steps we take to avoid originating illegal robocall traffic, including customer vetting, traffic monitoring, complaint handling, and enforcement.
