It is our understanding that Providers with a limited number of subscribers (usually defined as 100,000 or fewer) may be granted an extended timeframe to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to potential hardship. We have fewer than 600 business subscribers. Due to the size of our customer base, we're unable to acquire Security Protocol Certificate (SPC) tokens to authenticate calls, and as a result, may be exempt from STIR/SHAKEN implementation. We will however manually investigate any robocall related type complaints within 24 hours as robocalls are a violation of our terms of service.
