- On August 25th, Ntiva was notified by our vendor SkySwitch, that the FCC notified them that Ntiva had an unresolved deficient filing in the Robocall Mitigation Database and a result they were required to stop accepting traffic from us on by close of business Wednesday August 27, 2025. Traffic was suspended on that day. During our investigation into this issue, Ntiva discovered that notice was sent to us in an unmonitored account due to an employee termination and began remediating the deficient filing and updating our account with the FCC. Currently the status of our business in in provisional reinstatement.
