Therefore, the following exemption is applicable, 47 CFR §64.6304(d). Further more, Datatel is a reseller and we do not have access to the necessary infrastructure to implement Complete STIR/SHAKEN. Below are the certifications relevant to our operations: Robocall Mitigation Program: All calls originated using our service are subject to a robust robocall mitigation program, which includes: Reasonable steps to prevent originating illegal robocall traffic. A commitment to respond fully and within 24 hours to all traceback requests from the FCC, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. Full cooperation with these entities in investigating and stopping any illegal robocallers using our service. STIR/SHAKEN Authentication Framework: The implementation of the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework for call authentication on a portion of the network is managed by our voice service provider. We confirm that all calls originated on the portion of the network where STIR/SHAKEN is implemented are compliant with 47 CFR § 64.6301(a)(1) and (2) through our provider's infrastructure. Ongoing Compliance and Certification Status: We confirm that any prior certification has not been removed by Commission action. We have not been prohibited by the Commission from filing in the Robocall Mitigation Database. While the technical aspects of STIR/SHAKEN implementation are handled by our voice service provider, we remain committed to compliance and collaboration to prevent illegal robocall activities.
