As we are not the originating provider for these calls and do not control the upstream attestation, we are exempt from signing these calls under 47 CFR § 64.6302(d). We have implemented STIR/SHAKEN on the portion of our network where we originate calls and maintain a robust robocall mitigation program for all other traffic.
