- Commsol Corp. is a small entity, with only one employee, its principal, that services just three clients on a regular basis. We implemented a secure process to prevent RoboCalls and Telephone Number Spoofing in a proactive fashion, well before the FCC began the STIR/SHAKEN thoughts of implementation to ensure the safety of all concerned. Our proprietary software came into existence in late 2010. Therefore, due to our proactive implementation coupled with the exemption rule: This exemption allows non-commercial calls, such as those from tax-exempt nonprofit organizations or those that don't constitute telemarketing, to bypass certain TCPA restrictions. We are not participate in telemarketing or commercial calls. Thank you.
