VOIP CONNECT PVT LTD has not yet implemented STIR/SHAKEN and is submitting a Robocall Mitigation Plan in accordance with 47 CFR § 64.6305. We are actively working toward full STIR/SHAKEN compliance and anticipate completion by August 31, 2025. In the interim, we have implemented a comprehensive mitigation program that includes Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, continuous traffic monitoring, call analytics, real-time fraud detection, call blocking/remediation measures, and participation in traceback efforts coordinated by the Industry Traceback Group. We promptly respond to all traceback requests from the FCC, ITG, or law enforcement and enforce strong customer terms to prohibit illegal robocall traffic.
