- Conextian Technologies is a foreign voice service provider based in Mexico with no physical presence or network facilities located in the United States. Because we operate outside of the United States, we are unable to obtain the necessary Service Provider Code (SPC) tokens from the U.S. STIR/SHAKEN Governance Authority that are required to digitally sign calls. Furthermore, as a foreign entity, we are not subject to the mandatory STIR/SHAKEN implementation deadlines applicable to domestic U.S. providers. Instead, we are complying with the FCC’s requirements for foreign providers by submitting this Robocall Mitigation Database filing, maintaining a comprehensive robocall mitigation program, and committing to respond to all traceback requests within 24 hours.
