Description of Action / Investigation: LinkedIP LLC was subject to FCC Enforcement Bureau action related to its Robocall Mitigation Database (RMD) filing. Date Action Commenced: The Enforcement Bureau issued removal orders on August 6, 2025 and August 25, 2025, directing downstream providers to block LinkedIP LLC’s traffic due to deficiencies identified in its RMD filing. Current Status: The Company was provisionally reinstated on August 29, 2025. The filing remains under review pending confirmation that all deficiencies have been corrected. Summary of Findings of Wrongdoing: The Enforcement Bureau did not make any findings that LinkedIP LLC originated unlawful robocalls or engaged in illegal robocalling activity. The action was based solely on administrative deficiencies in the Company’s RMD filing, including incomplete disclosures and documentation. Final Determinations: No final determinations of wrongdoing have been issued against LinkedIP LLC. The Company has addressed the identified filing deficiencies by updating its Robocall Mitigation Program, implementing a formal Know Your Customer (KYC) program, enhancing traffic monitoring, and revising its RMD disclosures to comply fully with FCC rules.
