47 CFR 64.6305(d)(2)(i): MEISIM USA LLC is unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to a lack of control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. MeiSIM is a reseller. It operates no switch, session border controller or IP network, does not handle call signaling, and holds no SPC token. Its customers' calls are carried by its provider, Teltik Communications (FRN 0026122481), whose switch places them on lines of a national US wireless carrier. MeiSIM has received no extension under 47 CFR 64.6304. All of its voice traffic is covered by the robocall mitigation program described in the attached plan.
