- CTX Technology, LLC is a reseller of hosted voice services provided through SkySwitch. CTX Technology, LLC does not own or control the underlying network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN and therefore is unable to implement STIR/SHAKEN directly. CTX relies on SkySwitch and its underlying network providers for network-level call authentication. This explanation is provided pursuant to 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i), which permits a voice service provider to explain its inability to implement STIR/SHAKEN due to a lack of control over the necessary network infrastructure. CTX Technology, LLC is not claiming an exemption from its separate robocall mitigation, certification, or traceback obligations.
