The company obtains public switched telephone network (PSTN) connectivity and telephone numbering services from third-party wholesale telecommunications providers. Incognito IT operates and manages its hosted PBX infrastructure, including customer extensions, call routing, and SIP connectivity, but relies on upstream telecommunications providers for PSTN interconnection and associated carrier-level services. Incognito IT seeks to rely on the FCC's recognized exception for providers that lack control over the network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN, as addressed in 47 CFR § 64.6305(d)(2)(i).
