PitchWhip Ltd owns, leases and operates no switch, session border controller, router or other voice network element. Its software, on general-purpose cloud hosting, asks its underlying carrier, Twilio Inc., to place each call through Twilio's programmable voice interface; Twilio's IP network originates the call. PitchWhip is a user of that network and does not control it. We do not claim the SPC-token extension in 47 CFR 64.6304(b). Details: section 2 of the attached program description.
