Spartan Media holds no numbering resources of its own and has no Operating Company Number (OCN) or Resp Org ID; under STI-GA Policy Decision 001 (SPC Token Access Policy, v1.2, in effect), it therefore does not meet the eligibility criteria for an SPC token or the corresponding digital certificate needed to sign calls under the STIR/SHAKEN framework. All calls originated by Spartan Media's customers are authenticated and signed by its underlying carrier, Telnyx LLC, which applies Full Attestation (A) to calls placed with telephone numbers held in Spartan Media's account with that carrier — as of the date of this certification, every telephone number routed on the platform.
