Exemption Basis: 47 CFR § 64.6301(b) — New Entry Exemption eGeniusCare LLC has not implemented STIR/SHAKEN because it has not yet obtained an Operating Company Number (OCN) from NECA. An OCN is a mandatory prerequisite for obtaining a STIR/SHAKEN certificate from an FCC-approved Certification Authority. Without an OCN, STIR/SHAKEN implementation is technically impossible. eGeniusCare LLC has completed FCC FRN registration (FRN: 0038546511) and has submitted FCC Form 499-A to USAC on September 16, 2026. Upon receipt of the USAC Filer ID, the company will immediately apply for an OCN through NECA, and upon OCN approval will obtain a STIR/SHAKEN certificate and update this filing to Option 1.
