Broad Cast Media Ventures LLC is a newly registered interconnected VoIP voice service provider (FCC FRN 0038868758; USAC 499 Filer ID 839271; expected U.S. telecom service start September 2026) and has not yet implemented the STIR/SHAKEN authentication framework on any portion of its network. Pending implementation, all calls BCMV originates are subject to the robocall mitigation program in the attached PDF, including customer KYC, traffic controls, and a commitment to respond fully within 24 hours to traceback requests from the Commission, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium, consistent with 47 CFR § 64.6305(a). STIR/SHAKEN implementation is in progress as part of BCMV’s SHAKEN/STIR enrollment after FRN, 499, and RMD registration.
