- ConnectX Global Services LLC is a non-facilities-based reseller of hosted interconnected VoIP service. It does not own or control the switching, session border controller, STI-PA certificate, SPC token, or other network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. RingLogix LLC, the wholesale originating provider that controls the relevant network infrastructure, performs caller ID authentication pursuant to its own implementation obligation. ConnectX therefore does not have a STIR/SHAKEN implementation obligation under 47 CFR 64.6301, consistent with FCC 24-120, paragraphs 17-19 and note 82. All calls originated through ConnectX are subject to the robocall mitigation program described in the uploaded plan.
