Gemini Computing LLC resells voice services through Voxtelesys. Our customers use 3CX phone systems connected directly to Voxtelesys SIP trunks. We do not control the underlying carrier network infrastructure necessary to implement STIR/SHAKEN. The STIR/SHAKEN implementation requirement under 47 CFR § 64.6301 therefore does not apply to our company, consistent with the FCC’s First Caller ID Authentication Report and Order, 35 FCC Rcd 3241, 3260, paragraph 40 (2020), and FCC 24-120, paragraphs 17–19. This exemption does not remove our applicable robocall mitigation and certification obligations.
