Rozmo LLC is a hosted VoIP reseller that originates calls exclusively for its own end-user customers through an upstream interconnected provider. Rozmo does not control the network infrastructure required to implement STIR/SHAKEN authentication; caller ID authentication for all calls Rozmo originates is performed by its upstream provider, which signs the traffic with its own certificate. Rozmo therefore does not have the infrastructure on which to perform STIR/SHAKEN signing and relies on its robocall mitigation program, described in the attached plan, together with its upstream provider's authentication, to prevent illegal robocall origination.
