- Echocall LLC does not itself operate voice network origination or switching infrastructure and does not perform call signing. It provides a SaaS ordering/management interface through which its B2B customers provision voice trunks and numbers via API directly with its underlying carrier, DIDWW, which performs all call origination and STIR/SHAKEN authentication under its own network-level obligations pursuant to 47 CFR 64.6301. As Echocall does not itself originate calls on its own network, it has not implemented STIR/SHAKEN authentication technology on any portion of its own infrastructure.
